As much as I hate Hanabi and how he treated Souma, being blackmailed like this isn't justified. Karmic justice is supposed to be more or less equal punishment to how they treated others. Yikes this entire plot point is gonna polarize basically the entire reader base

I do hate Hanabi, but at the same time, I’m very firmly on the side that Hanabi doesn’t deserve this specific form of punishment, since it’s not even punishment and rather just exploitation.

I can only see two outcomes to this. The first one would be someone (likely Souma, given the type of manga this is) getting her out of this, and in the case that it is Souma, odds are that the guilt and gratitude would just absolutely wreck her. The other option however is that the author doesn’t shy away from it and goes through with the sexual exploitation, and while I think it’s fair given all the shit she’s done, it’s definitely gonna leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I didn't get an answer when I asked last time but I am 99% sure I remember someone typing that this goes beyond the novel and is original content (that has been the case for 3 or 4 other series I read, might be mixing them up).
Even if I am wrong, these chapters do indeed feel disconnected and have a completely different mood, way more uncomfortable, violent and depraved (same with both sluts).
