For me it depends a lot on the manga's tone. In fantasy stories I tend to go full murder hobo, because they are very detached from reality, whereas stuff like this gets more serious responses, because things like this do happen in reality (even if not repeatedly to the same people).

I don't know - as so many here already have written, the mangaka is running crazy wild with the story right now.
My impression is that most (many?) mangaka write/prepare for the first season, and if that one is successful, some of them run into serious trouble with what to do with the story moving forward. This may well be that sort of train wreck.

It basically just means that I am very quick to call for the death of characters (or even genocide).
In fact even here I can't deny having checked how high that building he woke up in this chapter was and how nice it would be for her to have an unfortunate accident, although it was basically at intrusive thought level and really the correct thing to do would be going straight to the police and/or a hospital for a blood test obviously, which is also obviously why he most likely won't do it.
