I get what you’re saying, but as long as you give spoilers to the person who’s asking for them and use the spoiler feature, no one should get mad about it. If you click on something that’s clearly marked as a spoiler, you can only be mad at yourself for clicking on it. But I get it.

They could've at least made it somewhat believable by having salty snacks ordered or something, but the fact that he went outside to take a call, walk back in and was parched enough to drink it is nuts.

On that note Nanao is really burning every single ounce of luck she has to just to get an incriminating photo of herself committing a crime. Ignoring the consecutive series of coincidences that allowed her to take that to begin with it's a photo of her naked in a bed with a High Schooler, which makes it twice in this series that someone just has a photo of Ichinose naked on their phone (both of which are being or are about to be used for blackmail on different people).
