It's sad she only saw the world through books, and thus it influenced her in a way that she only saw herself as an observer in life. But now that she's met Hinaki and Shunsuke, she's become a main character too! And now she realizes she wants to have friends! I'm sure she'll find Hinaki and Shunsuke will be good friends of hers!

It's one of those rare Kiyoka POV chapters!

This tells me that she's still not (yet) in love with Shunsuke. She's seeing Shunsuke and Hinaki more like the characters from her favorite story rather than as friends or outright love interests.

"Because I am neither the reader, nor the author. I want to become a character."
Finally! More character growth. Unlike the other two, Kiyoka has definitely been changing, and with that maybe I can expect at least a bit of progress in this story. Break the stalemate, girl!
