Mashiro seens very afraid about being seen and interacting with the "popular gang", wonder if it's just her being an introvert or if it's related with her jumping off the roof in the first chapter.

I have chapter 3 and will have chapter 4 in a few days. There are 6 total chapters released in Japanese, but I won't have them all for a while. However, I have other series to work on so don't expect all of them to come out in quick succession. I'll try to get chapter 3 out as quickly as I can, but it won't be until sometime next week at the earliest. Every other week or so is what's most realistic at this time.

Did the original Suzuna's mind get erased from existence? Is she technically dead?

So under the assumption that the people of this world are normal conscious people. There are a few options

1. She never existed. This universe just appeared fully formed when the protagonist arrived
2. She ceased to exist
3. She was thrown into another universe or dimension or afterlife autc.

In option 2, the original is absolutely dead. However in options 1 & 3, it depends on your perspective and definition, for if she can be considered dead
