I think you’re forgetting the main plot of 100GF, where Rentarou gets rejected 100 times at first and only gets girlfriends after a God messes up, tying him to 100 girls. Also, if Rentarou does not return the feelings of one of His soulmates, they will die in an accident.

Which really raises a question: this third Karin embodies an aspect of self-doubt yet unseen in the previous two Karins. If a subsequent Karin were a possessive yandere type, would that quality disappear from the existing Karins, as it's now embodied in the new Karin?
The more I think about this, the more I can't see this ending any way other than all of them fusing back into one "complete" person again.

Think of it this way: Yuu fell deeply in love with his childhood friend, and held that torch in his heart for 10 years, wishing on a talisman every day. He already loved them, and he's gonna fall in love with them all over again as he discovers where those ten years have taken each of them.

Each one of them seems to be a specific part of Karin's personality, including those she developed later on.

A hot take - I don't actually like Rentarou this much. He's basically a living pastiche of a harem MC, being an ultra love obsessed maniac who can genuinely fit all these girls and more inside his heart. He is, as per his own story, a true love monster. In fact, the story acknowledges that he's a deeply twisted person, especially later on when his yandere tendencies become obvious. It's just the fact that he's both inhumanly competent and literally given a divinely crafted scenario that fits his strengths.

In most of the harem stories Rentarou would fail, partially because of the combination of his desperation for a relationship and partially because most female heroines wouldn't be happy with his "I love them all" shtick.

Had a feeling that was the story, which gives further prominence to the theory that Karin wished for something to the effect of not wanting to exist if Yuu didn't return her feelings or something else that involves choosing her. Also, was not disappointed with the inevitable realization that even the new Karin shares the same house xD

I think it's more likely they all share the same memories, but each one remembers different stuff, or have different interpretations of stuff. Maybe Gal Karin wouldn't be bothered by her colleagues not wanting to hang out with her, maybe Hime Karin thought it would be too much of a hassle to keep being friends with people who talk shit about her behind her back.

What's probably weirder is their home. At this point, it's almost like an SCP object or The Oldest House from Control (the game).

It reminds me of Inside out, how Joy was looking only at her perspective, seeing just happy memories while sadness remembered the blue shades of those happy days.

I mean, we know the Mom was convinced that everything was normal with their being two Karin's last chapter, but it's hard to say past that. Kind of funny how the Mom, so far, is the only one that seems to be having her memories affected, though I guess the school just looks at them all as new students.
