I get why people don't like its start; it's weird, but holy f*** (censored in case they report me) it was a good manga
Past the first part, it got good. I'm so glad I didn't drop it.
The concept that the author used was so, so, so refreshing. Bash me as you will, but the twists that they had were amazing. Normally, the author uses too much plot armor to save their characters, but here I was living in constant FEAR.

The moment the author killed AI, I knew this one would be different. That gripped me, and the realistic spiral of Ruby and Aqua was so accurate, and his death? chef's kiss. Bash my sadistic nature all you want, but I was not expecting that, and it was amazing. this was the most non-generic fresh manga I've ever read, and idc what you say, but the idea of revenge was perfect

Since when this series become gore? I've never seen anything related to gore (maybe I'm skipped some chapters so i don't see any gore scene)

I guess the very first chapter and the very last chapter. Don't know how that constitutes gore tag though when there are far worst manga (in the gore sense) that don't get the tag. You expect that to be a primary focus or something when you see that tag

I'm liking it so far (In the first chapter right now, I've heard there was some controversy about it, but I don't know much more than that), but a few things really annoy me. This doctor is a gynecologist, so why does he have a male patient, and if you truly specialized in the field of the women's health, why would he be the doctor for a Pt w/ WHO grade 3 brain tumor(s)? Unless Sarina was simply on comfort care and Goro just had that much free time to wander around, it doesn't seem likely... idk, good story anywho.
