I get that, but in the beginning the mc was still somewhat in focus and actually was shown, but as the story moves on she's being pushed more and more into the background, while the President is becoming increasingly more the "MC" 😶

The initial mc by now feels more like the background stalkers you sometimes have as gag in comedy manga's, without being all that relevant to the story

They've set it up for her to be the focus of the next chapter, it's just this one was focused elsewhere. It's healthier for a series to establish that it can do this for one off chapters earlier on than for them to change pace midway through, focus on a side characters backstory for 3 chapters and get axed like a certain other yuri manga....

Thank you for the chapter, this was epic. Lol she was recreating CATs for a modern student festival audience.
Good for Kanoe she was able to unlock enough of her inner Gangi Marin to thwart/top the student rep and become her Oshi. Kanoe was truly the class' best girl that day and the top they needed to safely navigate that potentially cringe situation and save them lol.

It's a scrumper piercing, through the frenulum (the connective tissue between the top gums and the upper lip). You can hook a curved metal rod through the piercing with spikes at the end to resemble fangs. They're pretty popular lately in Japan for alternative fashion.

It seems to be a parody of the chuuru cat food tubes, yes.
"Kitty cat" in this instance is a separate noun (rather than an attribute of the "chururu"), but it's not a complete clause so the full meaning isn't clear. It's closer to "give a cat a chururu" but that's speculative.
However chururu is also an onomatopoeia for sipping or slurping something (like drinking through a straw or slurping up noodles) and in that case, the sentence would be closer to "slurp a cat". This onomatopoeia is also where chuuru gets its name from.
That double meaning seems to be the joke. But the author's mind is an enigma so who can say what she meant.
