The thing is if we somehow get such a BS twist, then forget MC being mindbroken, his brother will be on the warpath, like honestly at first I thought maybe it was going to turn out that the brother was actually bit of a scumbag/jerk who knowingly gets off on the attention from all the girls even knowing what it's doing to his brother, but nah, he's actually just a supportive brother.
So if he finds out that the one girl that was making his brother open up was actually still just aiming for him all along there won't be any forgiveness.
I digress, this won't even happen in any way, shape or form, Houjou only wants our MC, introducing any twist about her actually being interested in the brother but falling for MC just undermines the whole story and would be an immediate drop for me, the story only works because Houjou likes the MC and she's helping with his trauma.
