I don't typically spoil myself with raws (my written Japanese isn't quite there yet, so I have to be highly motivated,there ARE exceptions), but frankly, this is a work I would welcome such a development in. It would take a little work, but something I think not only the author is capable of, but also fits with the overall storyline. The interactions between the three have CONSISTENTLY been very "balanced" if different, respectively. Such an end result could easily be organically achieved. Hopefully it does go that route.
It's so interesting because we're all conditioned to throw the word harem around with manga and anime but it would actually be crazy easy for this story to sidestep the meme-y nature of that (in the way that isekais or comedies come up with workarounds and rules for it) and instead just take an earnest crack at a three person polygamous relationship. It already feels so natural. I would really love to see that.

i often hated the harem tag but this manga should end with otaku kun marrying both of them.

Maybe, hear me out on this - she didn't think they were teenagers? Japanese women tend to look young until they just suddenly don't. For example, Takahashi Rie is almost 30 and she could probably pass as a highschooler if she put the outfit on. Same goes for Inoue Marina except she's already 38.
