Ijichi is 100% the better girl for him, as she's more put together, and even still has something of an interest in his hobbies while probably actually being a better influence, but she's a gyaru, so by default she'll probably lose to the more traditionally pretty one who's more involved in said hobbies. Much as I'd like for him to at worst have both, the manga has been strongly leaning towards Amane, and it's no contest who he'll pick.

Agreed. They like each other, and they both like him, they already went on group dates and alternating dates, it's like they're almost already in working poly relationship. And they're both great, it would be a pity if one of them was "left behind".
