It's obvious now, the continuation of this series will be with Sayu and the 2 brothers, otaku and his 2 FMCs having a reocurring role, after he creates his harem he will pop up ocasionally to brag about his 2 wives and 4 kids while Sayu will deal with the highschool jinks the series will focus on.
I refuse to believe anything else but this will be the canon ending and I am skizo enough to make myself believe...
