Pros:
Easy to download videos.
Most videos are medium quality.
Doesn't require an account to use.
Website doesn't seem to have malicious javascript. Not sure. I use uMatrix to block all the domains except 4anime.to and ajax.googleapis.com.

Cons:
Files are stored on google's servers.
They're shady. Even though the files are on google's servers which saves them a ton of bandwidth, they beg for more money than twist.moe which has all the files on their own servers.
I've found a few episodes that are really bad quality. Most seem okay though.

Pros:
Mostly easy to download videos with a browser.
High quality videos.
Doesn't require an account to use.
Website doesn't seem to have malicious javascript.

Cons:
Disables right click so you need an extension to enable it if you want to download videos.
Requires a certain HTTP referer or videos will give a 404 error. Most downloader programs won't use the right referer so you need to use a browser or find/make one that accepts a custom HTTP referer.
Their website keeps getting worse and worse.
