There is content filters on mangadex where you can block pornografic or erotica content. Also the manga is released in Japan for the Japanese population not by mangadex. If you you don't want to read something don't read it, no one is forcing you to. But I also agree that this manga is bad and that mangadex needs genere specific filters like some other sites (like comick.app).
