"She has good people by he side"...well, if he means her circle of friends...they aren't by her side right now, and for all he knows she is currently being hurt.
Either he is just a blind optimist, which previous chapters show he isn't, or he is talking about the people who kidnapped her. How else, can he assure her safety, if he doesn't know her current condition?

Here are the Romaji of that phrase:

Sadly, word play can't always be translated easily.

Agree a little annoying that conversation took whole chapter. While vague what Raphael means is that a strong and of good character person is by her side so she's protected. Just a wild stab in the dark but he's likely talking about how Selena would be against hurting or killing MC and whoever the ministry managed to plant into the mansion. This is just guesswork but unless it's one of the minimal, faceless, staff the plant is likely one of the few characters who's made an appearance and talked. Considering Rufus (?, I'm terrible with names, basically the creepy butler,) is able to use Dark Magic and portrays a sinister aura he's more likely a disposable tool forged by his master who's faction backs one of the princes other than Alan, Gerard, and Selina's fiance, but not treated as a person so highly doubt it's him. Selena is being influenced by the butler and seems to believe that the whole plan is her idea so either a great actor or isn't her, and only other person who's made an appearance among the kidnappers is Lana so likely her. Especially considering she's heard about the MC before and almost doubled over laughing when MC admitted had forgotten was kidnapped. Plus she's too good at preparing and getting things for MC so quickly despite waiting on MC for only a few days. That and MC seemed to have recognized her smile from somewhere although can't tell whether or not the scene was shown or one of the things that happened but only shown in a flashback. In any case, Lana doesn't seem nefarious or weighed with guilt so doesn't look like MC is in any danger for the moment. However, prince and co aren't likely to wait long considering how worried they are and chances of things taking a turn for the worse. Hence, they'd need to gather a force to storm the mansion without word being leaked. Will be funny to see how MC's personality sways Selina and the butler into hesitating with violence at least, although if butler's master shows up things are likely to go south quick.
