also how in the fuck is she in the same world in the same time period???? Did she drown at the beach?
The only person I feel bad for is the og protagonist girl who had her body taken over by the sister unless she was still as shitty as the sister

Seems a little different from the LN. In the LN (actually might be WN, been a while since read it,) it points out that Greg is a guy who likes to settle things physically with strength, and really hates guys who solve things through words hence Leon's comments about Greg wanting a debate really irks Greg. Also, Leon was rated at the low end of highly proficient not above average. Meaning he's like in the top 200 in the year, but not anywhere near the top 10 or 100. Also, Leon made bet himself and reason was because wanted to encourage those betting against him to lose more. Not entirely sure how betting odds determined but because bet a lot of platinum on himself it means a higher profit for anyone who bet against him if he loses. Due to hardly anyone betting on him before anyone making a bet likely would've only won a their bet back plus a few coppers. As for his friends committing vandalism LN explains were against it but because bullies ordering them around were from higher houses they had to do it or risk not only feeling hell in school, but the bullies' houses making things difficult for their houses due to the difference in standing. So this is another example of nobles using their house's rank to get their way, bully weaker houses, and completely disregard the rule about everyone being a student of equal standing. Hence why Leon would be in trouble with royal family for standing against the Crown Prince in the duel irregardless of who's right or wrong or who wins.
Anyone know why Angelica isn't using armor? I know it's mentioned that boys have to fight for themselves and girls usually get boys to represent them in duels, but considering she couldn't get anyone else from the school to represent her why didn't she use her own armor since probably has special personalized top of the line armor like the capture targets and trained to use it considering all the monster and air pirate attacks? If nothing else would help take the heat off Leon if only for one fight.

Those friends of his better to have bet against him and lose and thus would make the satisfaction of seeing them get rekt so much better.
Decided to read the novel, the prince and his posse are spoiled dellusional morons. I tend to dislike these series where the protagonist is too op, but these dudes are just the right ammount of unlikeable without going over the edge to make the protag seem more noble and skimp on characterization. On the contrary, most of the comedy in future volumes hinges on how unhinged Leon is. Therefore, seeing him hand them their asses is extremely satisfying.
Because it never goes away, and it's glorious. Even when he becomes a social pariah, he still can't bring himself to go against his master and the way of the tea.
