How the manga isn't solely focusing on the protag, but basically picking apart how this isekai invasion actually might break the world while punching whats essentially a version of victorian society. Its not just cynically going "isekai'd to visual novel sucks", its starting to directly stare into what the little visual novel details would actually mean.

Leon was a very positive influence on Ange because she understands the politics that result from his actions. She's grounded enough to know that being morally good is not the primary goal in every situation, and she's got guts from well before meeting Leon. Olivia doesn't have any of that.

She never had to worry about whether something was right or wrong because it always turns out "right" in the end for Leon. Leon never explains how he reaches those conclusions either, or when he gets things wrong. As a commoner, she didn't know a damn thing about fighting and duty, and Leon took even that away by not allowing her to fight. In the first place, to heal without understanding how injuries come about leaves you as an individual thoroughly vulnerable to manipulation. She was put on a pedestal by both Leon AND Ange because she has something they crave, but that was for their own ego, not for Olivia's sake.

Olivia gave them what they needed, but Leon and Ange never gave her what she needed: Agency. She was always alone in attaining that.

Also, Olivia plot armor + exceptional grow could have only worked on the game not in the real world, the items plus the titles could gone to waste if not used by someone like Leon. Even her voice thing could have only been used one or two times before she were killed because the world doesn't actually revolves around a protagonist.

Yeah, I don't get that. From what I've read (before it was taken down because of "official" translation that will take years just for volume 1) it's because Marie dials down her bitchyness once she learns Leon is her brother then she does all she can to pander to him apparently... Some have even said that she's even better than Angie for gods sakes... Is it because she check the not blood related legal loli imouto? Her character design is ehhh
