They aren't changing names. Daluka was his Kasim's master's name. Lantier isn't a name. It is a title. The Lantier Techniques are assassin techniques that only the top, and I mean the literal top not just rankings, assassins can learn. There is only ever 1 "Lantier" at 1 point. The top assassin is known as Lantier. Though there hasn't been a Lantier to truly master the Lantier techniques in many many generations of Lantier.

He doesn't need to. It wasn't went over in the manga, but by this point in the novel, it was explained. Sticks, the elf from the Archipeligo, he is the one who actually creates the teleportation scrolls. Since Sticks is now one of Grid's subordinates, he can go to and from the East Continent any time. I can't wait til he goes to the East because he has a total Grid moment right away lol

I haven't noticed any kingdom name changes? All the names are the correct names, at least now. They were a little strange originally, and that was just translation error, but all the names on the map are correct.
