I was curious and so went to the scp page for it, seems the person wanted to make her feel like a real child and gave her the name Stella rather than an SCP classification. Looks like it caused problems as when she was interviewed by others who had called her by the nickname per se and then called her by the title SCP-134 she would be uncooperative and upset.
tl;dr - he was fired for forming more human like relations with all of the SCP's assigned to him, even if it was just giving them names outside of their classifications. But then again who knows, artistic freedom has its place and also this is all internet lore anyways.
