@scripted Yes, there was a SCP-500 pill used on 231-4. It expelled the fetus from her body, but the expelled fetus caused even more casualties including her

@scripted no, besides from the fact that it just causes casualties, same goes for the others. Actually, it's unknown which SCP the fetuses are and how they disappeared or was "terminated", just that they have gone under a [REDACTED] event and caused casualties. Maybe they imploded or was banished from this world,

That's the magic of the SCPs, you can include some half-invisible kitten or an actually horrific version of Alien.

I kinda feel as though alot of these Keter class problems could be solved by asking SCP-343 for help, if he as is described. 343 seems like a real cool dude that genuinely cares for people and i feel as though he wouldnt take kindly to the worse assumptions concerning this SCPs containment and save her from this brutal fate.

There were reasons. There were always reasons. Two thirty-one. We created her, and her sisters. We took them from orphanages, and arranged for what followed. And it was no accident. We knew what we were doing. There was a reason for it once, but I’ll be damned if I can remember it now. None of us do, except maybe my brother, wherever, whatever he is now.

@SymmbolZ I was more thinking along the lines of asking him how to save her. That answer wouldnt "change" the world in the explicit sense since status qou would still be maintained, it would just be maintained with her suffering? Idk i guess thats just my headcanon on how they save her from that shitty fate.

I`m not really sure on how to reduce her suffering or save her BUT, remember this is the scp world so anything can happen....
even if 343 help save her but the fetus will NOT disappear as said by other comments
plus scp-343 Would be more that curious on what will happen and in what the people will do if 343 did not do anything

would be great if someone can make me understand what is happening here. I know the premise of this foundation series is "to let the readers imagine" but before i can even imagine, i need to at least understand what is actually happened.

@CheerTheDead I just spent the last twenty minutes trying to write an explanation out. It is basically impossible to do without making it really boring. If you are truly curious and want to experience an entirely unique form of fiction, try googling "SCP-231" and reading the orginal from the scp site. It's really good.

They say she'll give birth to a world end SCP but then what about the father or the cult itself?

To be honest, i gave up on that wiki page long ago because i can't understand or get to the detail of what is going on there. The description is trying to make it detailed but it never gets into the core idea to try to make people understand what the heck is going on. I feel like i was fed with bit by bit data but never the full picture and i can't make out what it is trying to communicate with me.

I had already said that
'I know the premise of this foundation series is "to let the readers imagine" but before i can even imagine, i need to at least understand what is actually happened.'

Which means trying to read from that page is a no go for me since i can't understand. Many people feel that this is a new experience but i can't understand. I can't feel fear or joy or intrigued if i can't understand. This manga is a better illustration and description and i can't even understand what is happening. Reading from the original site ain't change anything.

Cool, I understand. I just hoped that you might to be able to derive the same enjoyment of scp that I do. Totally makes sense that some people just can't get into the mystery type thing.
I will try again to explain what 231 is about for you but I will say it probably won't be very interesting to read (maybe interesting to think about though.)
The idea behind scp 231 is to show the lengths the foundation is willing to go to in order to preserve the safety of mankind. It starts off by explaining all the effort and resources the foundation puts in to ensure that the location of 231 is kept secret from everyone including the people working there. It is then revealed that the reason they have to go to such lengths is because the procedure that must be done daily on 231-7 is so horrible that almost everyone feels sorry for this women and want to free her.
That women, 231-7, was a part of a satanic ritual alongside 6 other virgins and it is suggested that they became pregnent with 7 "seals" in the forms of fetuses. Each time one of them gave birth (or died) a great calamity occurred and whatever is being sealed becomes closer to being released. As of right now, the six other seals have been opened and only the last seal (231-7) is left.
This means that under no circumstance can 231-7 ever be allowed to die or to give birth, yet birth is inevitible. "Luckily" the foundation has figured out a way to delay the birth indefinitely. And that method is Procedure 110-Montauk.
Procedure 110-Montauk is never explained but it is strongly suggested it is some sort of horrific torture as the screams of 231-7 can be heard regular through the walls of her cell. All we know is that, to ensure that she never becomes used to the procedure and it therefore loses some of its effectiveness, they wipe her memory everyday using special drugs so that when they start again the next day it is just as horrific as the last.
I hope this helps you understand SCP-231 better. The key is to understand that under no circumstance can procedure 110 not be undertaken because, otherwise, the world will end. Just try imagining a situation in which the only way to ensure the world does not end is to torture an innocent woman for eternity.
(By the way, I did this because I really enjoy doing stuff like this)
