i dont think i ever hear of keteru yamiko or SCP 835 -jp
835 is a SCP tho but its quite diffrent.

I think SCP-835-JP is a Japanese specific SCP (as opposed to EN SCP-835).
If you breakdown Keteru Yamiko's name, Keteru is obviously seen as "Keter" and 835 in Japanese can technically be Yamiko (8 = Ya, 3 = Mi, 5 = Ko).
