Lol, I see people saying their going to drop this every week and comments like "Why do people even read this, the art isn't even very good for ecchi. etc."

I think if you look back through the comments throughout the chapters or even the korean scanlating sites; most people have the same reaction and it kinda makes sense why so many people are keeping up with it(besides the ones that are just teenagers fapping to it):

Consistently hilarious, yeah it's crude humor, if you've gotten to this point and the horse ahegao turned you off the manga, I'm surprised you stayed this long.

Not that it needs one, but the story is half-way decent, especially for an isekai. You've got our chad MC getting typically isekaid, but he doesn't die. He's re-awakening within his old body on Earth, but each time he gets thrown out the window by a thot that looks like one of his companions in isekai land.

The isekai world is ridiculous, but the author at least made it intriguing enough for readers to actually look forward to learning about more. WTF is this giant slug monster, why are there only females in this world, is this actually an isekai or is he living in a post-apocalyptic future? Best thing about the world-building is the questions get answered, and the author drip-feeds the info so it doesn't get stale.

The author has the formula down to keep readers interested, and fappers fapping.

I read this because it's not average boring isekai. I mean, protagonist is not some overpowered beta wimp collecting harem in a cliche fantasy world. And the story is pretty brutal that I can feel at least some tension. Sex scenes are just for fun and correspond with world's mechanics.

Yeah, I agree that there is something to this.
Sure, it's not exactly great.
I don't even follow the manga, because I don't give nearly enough of a shit about it to want to know whenever it updates, but it's great when you're dicking around at 3 AM and think "hey I wonder what crazy bullshit is going on in Parallel Paradise?"

I mean, look at this chapter. "Oh no, the girl who thinks sex is gross is gonna think sex is gross even if I used my magical turbo-seduction touch — wait, whose footprints juices are these?"

It's unique, and that counts for something.
