I don't usually pay attention to names in fantasy but something about Alsleighlah sticks to me, "alls-lay-lah". Not good or bad, but sorta like the feeling after slowly saying "purple" dozens of times over and it doesn't sound like a word anymore.

There are so many unanswered questions that any theories seem like valid possibilities within the setting.

What if the fact that the 'head' was cut off is the only reason that 'Nishina' lost her memories? Could this be considered 'killing' the god?

I have no idea why Youta is considering a regenerated object to be his original childhood friend rather than a replica or witch. But, if she's real, what if the reason she 'must be killed' is that when she awakens he falls in 'true love' with her and stops banging every girl that knows he's male?

Or, what if the 'god of envy' is not 'Nishina' but the actual computer system (some sort of advanced cosmetic surgery system/ai gone wrong?)?

On the other hand we've already had one instance of an impersonated god. Why assume that any of the 'bound gods' are necessarily telling whole/ objective truths about the god of envy?

I've kinda stopped caring about the characters themselves since Youta felt like saving the girl that peed on him, and just along for the crazy rollercoaster of 'plot' at this point.

Here's a thought. Youta is just dreaming. Even falling from the hospital was imaginary. His childhood friend isn't with memories in his dreamland because his subconscious is trying to conjure-up authentic memories under the constraint that it has no authentic memories. Thus, every other character is humanlike except for his childhood friend.
