Bloody green horns. Spent so much time partying they didn't notice they sucked so much without their healer/tank there to pull their hides from the fire.

I don't know, if some dude threw himself at a monster to save my family, I think I'd remember he can fight, before I remember him as the guy that can only heal....

Thanks for the chapter!
Obviously Almast is the reason other than MC's previous party for the bad rep among the other guild members. Also, reason she's so upset over them not selling is because lower level material is harder to come by as only a few parties are strong enough to go that far so not only did her big mouth prevent the guild from getting some good quality materials but money from selling them to craftsman who use them to make things. So going to get severely reprimanded for that.
If you haven't realized it yet, Magulus and Sarveria are scum with overwhelming hubris. Any leader with sense would've known that after losing a long term member and adding a new member should start off with easy prey to develop familiarity in actions, get a sense of how everyone moves, and experience on what can and can't be done. However, even a wounded hydra is a high level opponent for a high rank party and yet not only does Margulus foolishly choose it as a target, but yells before attacking allowing it to wake up and defend. Furthermore, he didn't bring along any antidote or potions to handle the hydra venom because it was expensive and expected Laila to handle it. Kind of wonder how a guy with such a bad rep as a newbie exploiter doesn't have any clues on what healers can and can't do. Then again, being an imbecile he probably never paid much attention and just got used to MC's way of doing things. Can also see how much they value others by their lame excuses on why need to run away rather than help their teammates get away.

Btw, Laila is an experienced and high class healer from another city who came to this one for personal reasons which is why she had panacea on her for emergencies. Panacea is a powerful cure-all with some healing properties like a game's elixir so is very expensive and usually for when need something fast and powerful. Hence she used an elixir to cure poison a much cheaper antidote would've cured because of the leader's incompetence and greed.

Almast is the guild receptionist tied to the Lightning party and she's been pulling several tricks that are going to bite her hard in the ass later trying to keep Lightning's rep up and back on their feet. Basically she's the receptionist tied to them so as long as they do well and bring back great achievements she'll get promoted, more pay, etc. for being their personal receptionist and link to the guild. Hence, to help keep Laila from leaving the party she'll make up a rule that she can't leave without party leaders permission.

@Capt_Gigglepants, I don't know if it's a translation eror or if I just mist something. In chapter 1 the MC mentioned how he couldn't do anything when one of the members were poisoned, but in Chapter 2 they say his [HEAL] could cure hydra venom.
You didn't miss anything, the writing is just juvenile, especially in the beginning. And it's like that for just about every "kicked out of the party" story.

Narsena has guts as a female lead, loved how she shut down that irrationally hostile and unprofessional guild receptionist. I'm not liking how Raust is like a doormat so far.

Hmm, so she was saved by him in the past; I see she has an emotional reason to help him (motivated by gratitude). At least she's got a reason and not the typical haremette who falls in love with the first nice guy stranger she meets.

Comeuppance coming early for the old party. Same old story, the old party is run by idiots who are incapable of appreciating support roles. I feel bad for the new healer already, the party leader is the kind of dumb DPS that healers would refuse to revive in an MMO, because they keep facetanking damage that they don't need to take.

So despite how it was presented in chapter 1 that he could only use "heal", his heal is somehow something super amazing (that can also cure status effects) that no other healer has. A "jack-of-all-trades" beating a specialist, lol. I should've expected him to be an OP master-of-all-trades as is tradition with these types of stories.
