@Nixnaw Hi! Sorry if I'm late. I wasn't too sure of this myself, although she leaves it rather vague herself whether her grandfather edits Beastars as well. The word she uses in the small bubble is 担当編集 (たんとうへんしゅう) or "In charge of editing". Sorry I can't give that much of a detailed answer! However, I do believe she might be insisting that her grandfather helps with Beastars as well, considering the height of the position.
