She's technically not a MILF, you must have missed the 4th page where Himari is said to be Nanami's niece (not a daughter).

If she's a university student (as said on the 13th page) and has their usual age, then she can be called MILF in a very broad sense only, i.e. “could have been parenting already” which approximately equals “older than a schoolgirl”.

But that lowers the bar too much.
