Nah, i think it is better one, the face still have same shape the only think that different is possible with makeup, his shoulder is still wide not magically smaller, his waist line cmiiw still possible to a boy to have thin waist line (my male friend have it and some female friend envy him lol) if not is corset possible?, his hip possibly using pads, and his breast using small pads bra or some fake silicone breast.

Cant believe i forget the hair, yeah you can have wig. And to hide adam apple you use a collar. To hide body hair or rough hand and leg use long sleeve and long pants, to make so the finger look more long use longer sleeve (forget the name) that hide half his finger. To sell the effect more use some fake nail and nail polish.
What i still not sure is his open shoulder clothes, is that for effect that make his shoulder look smaller because theres a little piece of clothes that hide it, or so it look more tomboy for creating illusion that he is a female that is look masculine.
