Those rare moments when you can actually go off on someone without getting fired are a special kind of joy. I had the pleasure of arguing with a "customer" for almost 20 minutes as a cashier. Didn't get too loud so as not to bother other customers but out right called them a liar and an idiot. Only reason I got away with it was the guy was a frequent shoplifter and the entire argument was basically to keep him from leaving before the cops got there.
