Can't have any moral conflicts in our storytelling now, that would be too close to actual life. After all the "right thing to do" is always obvious and easy. The art is gorgeous but I can’t condone cheating no matter how people are trying to make it seem like that’s not what’s going to happen, it obviously is. I might have to pause or drop this until she divorces him. He seems like a sweet person and getting led on isn’t fair to him.
What you say only works, if she actually breaks it off, before anything more develops, since the husband so far seems like he genuinely loves her and hasn't done anything to hurt her, since there's physical cheating and emotional cheating and right now it's approaching the latter and nearing the first..People talking about ntr have had their mind rotten by hentai, this is a story about women's repressed homosexuality in a heteronormative society, the husband isn't a bad apple for sure, but his relationship is based on Ema's acceptance of his courting back when she thought "it's okay, that's the normal thing to do, right?", what we're reading is the shackles coming loose and two women rediscovering their identity and the feelings that go along with it, cheating is bad sure, but it's even worse to spend your life lying to yourself AND your partner to keep the status quo
Spoken as someone who's never been trapped by heteronormative society. Adultery ain't something to glorify, sure, but the amount of queer women who end up pressured into a straight marriage, only to have the damn burst when another woman enters the picture is nowhere near small irl. It's something that grown lesbians can relate to and sympathize with, and lol and behold this is marketed to grown women 🙄Imagine there for once not being a married woman cheating in GL.. <_<
Really hate that trope, but sadly it's used so god damn often.. like 'romance' Tag doesn't really fit into those in my opinion ô_o
Cheating isn't exactly the most romantic thing there is, also logically speaking those people would just cheat again, because if they're willing to cheat for you whose to say they aren't willing to for someone else 😐
A lot of people just love toxic relationships and behavior in manga for some reason. It's something i've never understood.Imagine there for once not being a married woman cheating in GL.. <_<

so why not break it off first? We ALL know that's what is gonna happen in the end anyways.People talking about ntr have had their mind rotten by hentai, this is a story about women's repressed homosexuality in a heteronormative society, the husband isn't a bad apple for sure, but his relationship is based on Ema's acceptance of his courting back when she thought "it's okay, that's the normal thing to do, right?", what we're reading is the shackles coming loose and two women rediscovering their identity and the feelings that go along with it, cheating is bad sure, but it's even worse to spend your life lying to yourself AND your partner to keep the status quo
