I like the story but is it too mucb to ask for just some info on her being from the future? Like MC doesn't need to know but can we the reader get at least a crumb of info?

Never too much to ask, everyone is free to have desires and opinions, but it is too much for someone to ask every single chapter...

All I can say is that these people should try out My wife is from a thousand years ago and see if it's a time travel epic about bring potatoes to the ancient world to prevent a famine, or a story about ancient body strengthening techniques revolutionizing modern China... or just a story about a couple appreciating the miraculous happiness that they were able to encounter. That should give them an idea of what to expect for this one...
