Please help me find this manga.

I was reading Konya wa tsuki ga kirei desu ga toriaezu shi ne, and I saw another manga recommended on the cover, but I can't read Japanese so I don't know how to find it. It was a highschool girl with bobbed hair and a staff(?) There was a spirit of a guy with long braided silver hair behind her and he had an older style school uniform on, the type that resembles a military uniform. I don't know anything about the story, but it looked really interesting.

I'm an idiot who didn't know how to screenshot on my computer, so I don't know how to use the image thing either. It was in the beginning of chapter 4 though.

it looks like there are multiple adverts, but it kinda looks like in/spectre (note that i only remember the character design of that one)
bottom right seems to be indeed in/spectre or what ever it's called:

It's the advert above it. I'm pretty sure it's a different story. I haven't caught up to In/spectre though, so if it's simply characters from later in the story then oops. Pretty sure it's not though.
