Polite MangaDex Downloader updated for DDoS changes

Polite MangaDex Downloader has been updated to deal with the following issues related to DDoS:

- CloudFlare active on the image servers as well as web pages
- CloudFlare requires CAPTCHA (click)
- CloudFlare (rarely) requires the dumb 'mark all the squares with buses' thing (pops up a window for you to do it)
- MangaDex serves up a rare blank HTML page (retry up to 5 times, but it only ever takes one time)
- Occasional invalid cert errors for MangaDex image servers (ignore, image is fine)

I'll keep coming out with new versions as long as CloudFlare keeps breaking it. Please understand it might take a few hours, and I might be asleep. 😘

And like I said last time, nobody's to blame but the a-holes doing the DDoS in the first place. MangaDex has gotta do what it's gotta do to keep these SOBs from crushing it.

@Plykiya - thanks much for the news. I was planning an update to handle those better, and I'll probably still do it just in case it comes back, but that means it's not a time crunch.

lol much has changed the things we did to the site were truly wonderful i wonder how we didnt get banned


(i wish i had screen shot the time we made the homepage unusable i don't know why my monkey brain didn't think to do so)
