Prevent chapter loading by automatic tools [Rejected]

I have noticed that some users manage to upload many chapters in a short time, probably by means of automatic tools. This causes problems for users who want to upload a single chapter because it stays very little time in the list of recently uploaded chapters and consequently would have no visibility. Can the use of these tools be restricted or prevented so that everyone has equal visibility?
As an example this is the list of recent chapters at this time:

Well unsure, but I would point two things, a few mass upload tools were made by MD developers and admins?, like one from Xnot which encourage anyone to use it, and second some admins use this tools to mass upload themselves, like what happened with T10_ recently, so is more like you could also use those tools...

I didn't know that. If, as it is written on the GitHub page, it is for getting the “Power Uploader” flag, I find it useless. You might as well give “Power Uploader” privileges to everyone at signup.

EDIT: As I mentioned earlier, this creates inconvenience for those who want to upload only one chapter at a time because it is immediately removed from the list of recently uploaded chapters.
