It kinda feels like the preamble to being axed... But it said that it was the end of volume 2 so there should be another volume coming.

It definitely feels like a rushed ending with a very condensed story in just a few chapters but it somehow worked (?) so i'm kinda fine with it, at least it's not one of those bitter ending after a long story

Does anyone else low-key get a post apocalypse vibe from this manga?

The "school" is a walled city, with a population of over 1.5 million, which is also ENTIRELY female and 100% self contained.

Not to mention the city is an irregular shape, which sort of implies the wall was built in a hurry around existing structures.

On top of that, the only outside view we get of it shows it in the middle of what seems to be an otherwise desolate wasteland.

No mention is ever made of anyone or anything outside of the city.

All occupants are born there, live there, and die there.

Could just be pattern seeking brain finding something that doesn't exist, but at the same time the overall setup is VERY similar to what you'd see in an outright post-apocalypse setting.

mannn, at this point in used to it but it still sucks seeing abrupt endings like this
