emaya and kirshima had feelings for each other but expressed it in the wrong way and at the end they become a couple.

@Rellishfan1234 because that is the publication status of the original release, It meaning that in Japan the series is completed. If you look in reading progress you'll see that on chapters is may say #/65, meaning the original series has 65 chapters, even thou the escalations might still be behind that. If it was an ongoing publication in Japan then on the Reading progress it would display something like #/? because is not yet know how many chapters the series will be given that is not finished yet. Hope this answers your question

there are 2 types who've seen this:
those who would regularly be disgusted by everyone's actions and leave immediately
or those who are so interested in what regular people would consider such a sickening story

oh also this pries deep into the inner workings of the human mind psychology and shit and how different situations can leave you emotionally lacking or empty

Honestly this manga could have more potential if A: there was more exposition and more showing of just how bad the MC's bullying situation was. We only got one chapter of his background before getting right into the game, which felt rushed. B.) Anyone who's gonna give this manga a try only does so because of the foreboding main plot point, which is the game. However, rushing into the game in the first few chapters takes away any suspense or motivation for readers to continue besides seeing what the MC will do to his captive, which is not enough motivation for a general audience that, in the first place, probably can't relate as much to MC's situation as maybe a very small number of people can. Plot is rushed and dialogue is pretty generic and cringe.

0.5/10.

for people coming here to read the comments, all the bad reviews i'm seeing are unjustified.

besides what the plot might make you think, the story actually has a serious tone, it's not at all a "fun" torture story for the heck of it.
even to the latest chapter, it keeps making you rethink what is right and what is wrong, what is moral and immoral, when to choose vindication and when to choose forgiveness. the story also focuses a lot on manipulation behind the scenes, everyone is somehow secretly connected to everyone else, and it's up to us to slowly try to figure it out.

This one isnt all about torture and it got a pretty interesting story with an interesting mc there is a lot of torture which can be justified but there is plot too and the plot is good. The part about the game isn’t well explained but other than that it’s pretty good
