Ending felt a bit anticlimactic but as others said, it fits the overall tone of the series and also feels a natural conclusion. If anything, I think what was really out of place was the drama in the latest chapters. Still a great manga, though I wish it kept using more the titular gimmick that was kinda dropped in the second half of the series.

Took longer than I expected it to end considering the confession happened, though as you'd expect, it kinda fizzled out after that.
People always complain about stories never continuing past a confession scene or the romance being resolved, but it just sorta naturally happens since there's just not much to do with the characters anymore (unless you wanna ruin it with surprise melodrama or go R-18)
