Yeah, I'm well aware of the chances of it getting a physical release; even the site is considering doing so, at least for some titles, of which may or may not include Pumpkin Night.
I mean, Viz is also licensing it for physical release too.

They are? That'd be nice at least considering some publishers had Ito Junji titles while having that under their belt, almost like a reoccurring theme. Yet I maintain the belief that Viz doing so would help boost its profile.

When Viz licenses a manga, it’s almost always for a physical version too. Only exceptions are some WSJ titles that don’t sell too well.

I saw that it's still ongoing...how long does it take to kill your bullies...or did the author find some way to milk the manga by just doing gory chapters?

If you know how slashers go, there's never a shortage of people for Naoko (and others) to kill, even if most of the time, they're bad or at least not good.

Although I'm more worried about what's taking the English scans so long to be well, uploaded.

the memes and British slang got worn out IMMEDIATELY lol
Yeah, but luckily he left because he thinks the manga went downhill in his eyes, as if he's not familiar with how crazy slasher stories can get at times; I mean say what you want about the merits of this one now and then and whether or not you think it's still good but I recall he did a fine job at first. Ironically at the time I hated the series in question at first but grew to like it, long story though and at the same time he liked the series.

Yeah and? It does what's advertised, even with plenty of crazy non-slasher moments. I'm just more worried what's taking the English scans so long; I'm sorry but me and others are thirsty already.

I hate to double post but I'm frankly getting fed up with the lack of progress scan-wise, so I'm pondering about taking matters into my own hands but unfortunately, I'm not well versed in any of the languages. Japanese and Spanish are my top choices but even then I don't know a lot of words respectively and have yet to master them; the closest I can work with is Portuguese but to say it's not my pick for language is an understatement, unless by golly someone else (should) picks up the slack.

Someone please translate chapter 110- the newest chapters. 😭
I second this motion, like shouldn't SDW Catalyst or whoever else pick up the pace? Especially as not only Halloween's approaching but as of
the latest chapter,
Naoko's dealing with a doppelganger and she's not very fond it for obvious reasons. I know some people say it's some sort of clone issue but from what I can gather from the text, it doesn't seem to be so whatsoever as she seems to know this impostor.

Guys, I'm not sure how well you might take this but the twist is quite a doozy as of ch 140 official wise:

It's revealed that the Naoko we see throughout Part 3 up to this chapter is someone pulling a Venom Snake, in that she's actually Hayakawa, the policewoman from Part 1 and that the masked person is Naoko for real, yet with the face of Kazuya. Why? the part of Hayakawa is part of a plot on Farms's part for testing reasons (which makes me wonder why bother given how much trouble she gave them in Part 2). How do I know this? the author spilled the beans, on twitter.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this, and I'm quite mixed on Naoko's new look. I get the obvious connection between the couple but the least the creators could have done is make her new face look more feminine. Then again, she didn't have a face at the start of the series and constantly had to use other people's faces to restore her own before.

I saw the new chapter, looks good, I do wonder why the author is doing the Naoko is a pretend slave thing.

Like, it can only end with her tricking the Elon Musk equivalent. The author will definitely not go the slave route.

This manga was a gem at first till it almost killed Naruto, then its stretched and Donald came to live, unecessary but not bad stretch IMO.

I thought for sure that was the end of it, Naoko died, Kazuya goes to Asylum, a nice bittersweet ending.
But the author introduce another ARC and another one after that. I'm not even sure where this manga story is headed, planetary wars, perhaps?

A story either ends as a gem or stretched long enough to become a generic abomination.
