Hi,
I wanted to know if I click on a manga that I completed and then there was new chapters will it show in follow tab?

I just transferred here from Kiss Manga, so I wanted to know if Mangadex has same features as Kiss Manga

Thanks in advance

@ZenakoDXB

It won't on the first page of follows, and it automatically marks any new chapter as read when set to completed

You can see any chapters released for manga set to completed if you switch to the completed tab though

Welcome @ZenakoDXB !
Yes, it will as long as it's within your filtered language.

Also here's some recommended manga for newcomer:
https://mangadex.org/title/30461/bocchi-sensei-teach-me-mangadex
https://mangadex.org/title/30369/anti-kissmanga-anthology

edit: Eh? It won't? I feels like I've ever seen new chapters of my completed manga in new releases tab though…

@421cookies The follows last updated tab automatically defaults to "reading"
Most people only look for updates for what they're reading, was the logic behind doing that

I probably misread/misunderstood something in the post :x

Also on the follows -> manga tab, the last updated timestamp gets updated with every single language chapter released so it's not too useful yet if you're looking for new chapters in your language

@ZenakoDXB If you think it's possible or probably that there's still going to be new chapters for a completed manga (like bonus chapters or whatever), then don't set it to Completed but keep it as Reading. That way they'll still show up normally on the default page of your Follows.

If you do want to keep it as Completed, you choose the Completed tab and check manually as shown in Plyk's first reply.
