@Sal53 Thanks ?
As for Dreamland I'm not gonna lie there's very little chance of that happening, I'm going to focus on Radiant first. I also haven't read Dreamland in forever and am not that interested in it, sorry!

…I don't know what happened but in the last few episodes the anime has actually become kinda… good…? Why wasn't it like that from the start?? Episode 16 in particular was excellent (though I have no idea why they removed the scene of Piodon breaking Seth's seal… It's kind of important…)

It's the filler episodes, man. They took up like four of the season's runtime? I wouldn't mind just the maximum of two fillers but man, those eps felt like they should be in bigger titles only.

@FADINGO Yeah, I don't get it. Outside of episode 9 which was interesting, the other filler episodes seemed like something you'd do in a long-running anime like Naruto or Black Clover, not in a 21 episode series…

It creates this weird pacing with an agonizingly slow first half and a super-packed second half…

I don't mind characters of differing intelligence, but I can't stand it when the author is so fucking lazy that (s)he needs to write brain-damaged idiots as an excuse for the story (s)he has planned. It doesn't help that several elements of this are Naruto clones.

4/10, skipped.

@ninjadork read at least the 4 first volumes to see how strong the mc character's developpment is. I'm not the only one to say it, but Seth really mature of around 5 years between chapter 1 and chapter 26 (the chapter where he reach is maturity boilling point). There are SO MANY example to show that, no, Seth is not a brain-damaged mc and that Tony Valente is FAR AWAY to be lazy. Drop a manga after one chapter is really a bad thing, you'll miss something great if you don't continue, too bad :/

@ninjadork so you're still thinking that Seth is a random mc even when saw his development character ? Wa, i really don't see how you can still say that :/ i mean, he matured, he became more mature at the end of Rumble Town, he don't wanna be the best, he just wanna save people, and he can thinking by himself (hello Cyfandir farmer scene)
Brief, i think you're absolutely wrong when you say that

@Jugo-kun Seth has upgraded from a brain damaged idiot to a brain-damaged idiot with a little bit more restraint.

I don't want to read about brain-damaged idiots who sometimes get it right because the plot demands they be protected against the consequences of their incompetence. I want to read about characters who actually overcome their flaws, as in those flaws are no longer a primary driving force behind their behavior.

@ninjadork i really don't see in why he's still an idiot, i mean, he knows all the consequences of his actes (like i said before with the farmers in Caislean Merlin) in Rumble Town, he faced the harsh truth of our world that he didn't known when he was in Pompo Hills : he saw people get killed before his eyes, he saw freak facist who only believe in their beliefs like Konrad, and he saw that there is people like him, who feel exactly the same as him about kill all those "good" people, but even he really want to kill them, he didn't want to become the monster that they thought they saw. He only want that everybody live properly : he don't give a shit about being the best, or have rivals, etc, etc ... And, Seth be protected of the consequences of his incompetence ? Absoltulety not ! When the only people that were able to perfectely understand how you feel died before your eyes, it's not what i call some plot protection ! The plot didn't protected him, with all the shit that happened to him (cc Piodon, Hameline, Torque, Diabal, and the others one), he is SURE not protected. The plot alowed him to mature whether you want it or not, and Seth matures during the manga, it's a fact that he's still not the idiot he was before Rumble Town. I mean, you didn't gave a shit when he said all he said to Hameline and when he cried before her ? About how he feels, how he see the world, etc, etc ? For you it was only brain damaged ? I mean, found me some pages of the actual chapters (post Rumble Town) where he is brain damaged and simpleton like he was on the volume 1 when he allowed to the Bravery Duet to steal the villager bank. Ha, and also, Seth overcome his flaws, chapter 25 to 28 and even now with the chapter 42 with his Mélie's relationship. Man, when i read you, i don't know why, but i feel like you didn't read the whole Rumble Town arc and the Caislean Merlin arc, i really don't find something that i think right on your judgement, maybe it's only my point of view or my feelings, but sorry guy, i really can't agree with your point :/
Even that, you not seem to be a mean person so anyway i wish you have a nice day btw :)

@HavocRL i must warn you before you read it, the first 20 chapters are a little bit cliché and you could drop it fast, but since the chapter 20, it's a totally different manga, which is refreshing and better and better each chapter

@enzzu Yeah i feel the same, but really much people find them "too slow" and we must admit that the 1st chapter is a little bit cliché too. I meant that since the chapter 21, it's so much powerfull, even you know (ya know, Hameline, those things)

This manga was pretty excellent from the get go. I'm honestly surprised at it's consistent quality. The chapter with Melie and Seth talking about why him leaving hurt her is 10/10. You don't see frank discussions of emotion like that in most shonen from Japan.
