Is this a reboot? Pretty sure there was another manga with pretty much the same concept “MC finds out new way to check skills, notices the one hewas most proud of was not really his most talented skill so he reincarnates/goes back to the past” or something.

Now the question i don't want answered for spoiler reasons becomes "How will he reincarnate?".
By that i mean what shape will it take. Will he get a new body with new affinities or will he simply be born with the same affinities or lack thereof he had this time. Will he retain his current powers in full after being reborn or will be have to start from scratch! How much time will be required? Will he have parents? How long till he fucks his daughter?
So many choices for the story at this point. My guess is that he will end up with a full reset type though, even though its one of the more boring standard types. Introducing the girl does imply a continued connection with her though so its likely that not too much time will pass. Likely less than amber eyes but with a normal growth period.
This looks like a better version of the other stories out there right now so i am hoping it doesn't fall into the same mistakes that made me drop Zeff.

Merlin's test got two colorless tubes too. So each tube measures a different element meaning that he doesn't have an affinity for every element.
The chapter seems to imply that affinity is a measure of how much divine protection you receive in that element. I assume divine protection improves your ability to learn and cast spells of the element. Which leads me to believe that people can learn every element regardless of affinity.
Based on this reincarnation skill I believe our MC likely has an affinity in an area outside of the 4 elements, most likely space/time or maybe soul magic

It's a similar premise, but the main difference is intention: Zeff, the MC of Kouritsu, finds out that despite devoting his life to the mastery of Red (Fire) magic, he actually has the least potential with it, something like 40-50 out of 100, while his potential with the other elements are all around the 80s or higher (it's been a long time since I read the beginning, so I'm just throwing out numbers, but the gap is the importance, rather than the exact numbers). When told that a random teenager will greatly surpass him in just a couple years, he gets pissed and comes up with the idea to send his consciousness back in time to his younger self in order to become the best he can.

I remind you that it is 4 separate tests and they are intended for specific elements
it means that it has no compatibility in these 4 elements
but nothing tells us that there are only 4 elements
it is obvious that there will be at least one other elements
and since he has a reincarnation skill, I think that an element in relation to time would be logical
after that depends on whether it's a random reincarnation or a reincarnation in its own past
the second would be related to time, while the first would be closer to the spirit
personally I wonder what he will do more in his second life, apart from looking for the 5th element that no one knows I do not see the interest to start again.
