Nitpick my ass. Mistakes happen, that's not what I'm on about. Point is, it passed through four instances well equipped to know better. Aka haven't been doing this since only yesterday, so, training, experience, and knowledge about common pitfalls can reasonably be expected to be present to catch slip-ups, Swiss-cheese-style. That there were matching holes in all the slices for this one of all the possible goofs looks nothing short of embarrassing.
