Reader setting "Direction" and "Page bar" visibility changed?

I don't remember doing it myself, but two settings for the Reader was changed.

* Display Settings > Direction is changed from "Left to Right" to "Right to Left"
* Layout Settings > Page bar is changed from "Visible" to "Invisible"

Is this a bug? A bit confused at first when the page bar missing. But after finding out the culprit, I turn them back to their previous value.
