[Reader UI] Lateral menu is hard to show after hiding in desktop web browser

My problem:
I'm a desktop web browser reader. Everytime I hide the lateral menu, I have a really hard time trying to show it back by sliding. It usually takes no more than 5 attempts but sometimes I can't bring it back and I give up until later.

My suggestion:
Have the lateral menu popup on hover, or after I hold the mouse cursor for 3 seconds in that position where the menu should be, and after the 3 seconds the menu or an icon to show the menu should appear.

You can delete this, i noticed i can bring it back with the M key...

You can also click in the center of the screen, click the triangle in the top right if you've pinned the menu or scroll up for the menu if you haven't.
