What is with these authors/artists and their poor design sense? Though outfits like Sheryl's are FAR better suited to girls who look like Alpha, they waste them on characters like Sheryl. Instead, Alpha gets the outfits that try too hard to exhibit sex appeal, and pantyhose (which always look like granny panties with legs, I don't get why people like them so). The one exception was that lovely dress she wore when Akira hid inside her.
Seems like a double waste to me, because Sheryl's not very smart: "Negotiations"? She vastly overestimates the strength of her position, given how she could only stare down the barrel of his gun--petrified with terror--the first time they met, and broke down in terrified tears the second time they met when she flashed back to that same time. (BTW, back then, where was the sense in rounding the same corner that was a killing field that claimed at least two guys standing in front of her?)
I wouldn't be surprised if she dies soon.
