Reccomendations for "Inferior" or "Bad job/class" Mangas where the mc/mcs actually struggle

Okay, so there's this really specific genre/trope of fantasy manga where the mc is born with some "Inferiority" or they have a garbage job/class that's supposed to hold them back but it almost never does for any notable period of time. So I'm asking you guys if you have any mangas where the mc is actually struggling and is weaker for the whole time or a very long majority of the manga and they don't become OP.

Not like some cosmetic struggle where it's quickly bypassed or the problem was actually a blessing in disguise, but a genuine handicap that holds them back. Preferably not harem.

Hai to Gensou no Grimgar. All the characters struggle, no special blessings, just regular people forced to struggle to survive in another world. Too bad the manga is on hiatus and only a few chaps are translated. Give the LN or anime a try

Kumo desu ga has her struggling for a long time as she encounters stronger and stronger enemies.

Shieldbro does struggle for quite a while because of his job class. But it’s harem as we all know, even if he sees all the girls as his daughters

But so far it seems to follow the concept of "size ain't everything, it's also how you use it"

I'm not too sure if this fits but https://mangadex.org/title/21758/kaifuku-jutsushi-no-yarinaoshi its NSWF a bit not something you should read near any other living being but it's still good. They struggle a ton in the lore and memories and its revenge based after they become stronger if you like that kinda stuff.
