I was gonna comment on how they deserve at least a beating for vandalizing private property but... things took a dark turn.

They didn't deserve to die... but you fuck around, you find out.

Unfortunately for them, they found out much more than they bargained for.

Pray for their peace on the other side... but can't say much more than that, but make no mistake... this still isn't Dara-san's fault, it is her sister's and those villagers' fucks.

So Dara puppets El Kusuha's corpse to make her say that there was nothing special on that mountain after all.

OK, that should work... but meanwhile, El Kusuha herself and her cameraman are still very much dead. And their corpses were spirited away in order to keep the curse contained.

In other words; they'll still conspicuously disappear right after their final video. Of course people suddendly disappearing from the internet is nothing unusual - but considering that this girl and her cameraman also disappeared IRL, somebody's gonna file a missing person report. And then some police inspector is going to put two and two together and realize that these two were last seen in this particular town. Not to mention that the mystery/occultism otakus will be drawn like flies once they get wind of the missing person investigation.
