gotta love how the author handles world building, making up whole in-universe franchises AND taking the time to flesh them out is such a clever and endearing way of adding life to your series.

I said it before but I love when the author does this. So much. It's so masterful the way they do it to. I don't even give a shit about Gundam (or the mecha genre as a whole) and I'd probably watch the hell out of this made-up series if it was real. That's how much care and attention to detail the author puts in.

The effort towards selling the believability of your world does not go unnoticed and goes a long way in maintaining a work's intrigue and longevity.

Man... the bootleg Gundam in this story isn't half bad on the concept idea front, actually... I can totally see something like that existing, and would totally watch it.

The author put a lot of thought into that.
