Kinda disappointed with this chapter. So unrealistic compared to the real work environment. Made me unable to enjoy the whole manga knowing this.

In most office, you have clear hierarchy and assigned task. Especially in corporate environment. Mostly we are to busy with our own task to be concern with other, sometime even to busy to help others. So for a person to easily take someone else work/task, do it and submit it to higher ups I find it unrealistic. First you have to know what the other person being task with, so that means s/he is in a leadership position. Not just a regular staff or a new recruit. For regular staff you usually have to 'ask for guidance' if you want 'to be creative' and deviate from how things usually done.
And then you have line manager, that supervise you, review your work before it can be passed on to the next in chain, make sure the person fit in and can work with other in the team. There's a lot of safety measure in corporation, to make sure people can't skip it and comply with the company culture. So I find it unrealistic that she can take just anyone job, submit it, and getting praised from management. Without being question, what the hell are you doing, why are doing someone else's job, don't we give you enough task for you to do? Where's your line manager, don't you consult with him/her, etc.

But that's you. And with the harsh work conditions in japan that I've been hearing so much about, This isn't that unrealistic. And to top that off with Hishiro's zero to no communication skills, She wouldn't even think of consulting. Valid point I'm sure of it, but you gotta consider the difference in your work conditions and hers.

We don't know if the manager did or didn't chew her out the first time. Given that all the cases were when the ddl was approaching/crossed, she might've lucked into/been forced into managers that prefer to have a 'trump card' to keep their department scores up at all costs.

And they would, for better or worse, accept her work because the ddl was hit, and even if they chewed her out she wouldn't care and she'd just do it again the second time, which led to her getting ousted.

Also, the people whose jobs she nukes were most likely in the same 'group'/under the same line manager?

the only really unrealistic part is that the manager didn't immediately tell the other person to stop work on it, though that might've been a quirk of timing.
