Remembering the name of this manga

Its a pretty recent manga i forgot to follow. Its about this war hero who as a reward for his time in the war became a lord. But when to was dropped off he the land he received was just a huge empty plain with no people.

Eventually he finds this village of horned people whose horns glow different colors depending on the person they are near.

He eventually makes his own little village with yurts
