That is honestly entirely plausible. We haven't seen any training but we're told it was supposed to be ongoing so if they are, we might get to see something cool

She's referring the alcohol proof in the wine vs disinfectant alcohol. Typically disinfectant alcohol is about 140 to 160 proof which is 70-80% alcohol. Wine has a substantially lower alcohol percentage, usually around 10-15%, so it wouldn't be usable as disinfectant.
